About The Role:

This is your opportunity to be part of a fun, passionate team. We’re expanding our Montreal team. Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) interact by phone and email with customers who have business telecom products and services with BV Communications. CSRs use customer service, sales and problem solving to assist customers. CSRs are trained to help existing customers make the most of their communications.

Please note that the CSR position is an hourly role with a set wage. BV communications does not provide visa sponsorship and/or relocation support for this role. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada before applying.

What You will be doing:

  • Communicate by phone and email customers

  • Ask questions to uncover customer needs, issues, and goals

  • Assist current customers by troubleshooting

  • Be convincing, sympathetic, and innovative when assisting customers

  • Follow up with customers experiencing recurrent issues to find lasting solutions

 

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Understanding and shows the enthusiasm to assist customers without expecting something in return

  • Welcoming and friendly.

 

Required Written and Spoken Languages:

  • English

  • French.
